Our team at Acumen is looking forward to the start of the biggest Acumen Connect Users Conference yet, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to Nashville! Music City is not only home to Southern hospitality and hot chicken, it is widely considered to be “Health-Care City.” Also as home to some of our Acumen team members and users, Nashville is a great place to come together to connect.
Sessions and panels designed for you
The Acumen team looks forward to this special opportunity to spend time with our customers every year, as it enables us to better support each practice with quality products and services. As we continue to strive to provide the best future technology solution for our customers, we were very excited to announce earlier this year our partnership with Epic Systems Corporation and the development of Acumen 2.0 powered by Epic. Featured presentations at this year’s conference will offer customers more information about the roadmap for this new endeavor.
The conference will also focus on key topics of interest, such as how MACRA, MIPS, and Alternative Payment Models (APMs) impact nephrologists. Sessions highlighting new offerings of a Revenue Cycle Management Service, Nephrologixx, and a Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) will be offered. Conference favorites including the Customer Panel, Users’ Roundtable Discussion, and the Resource Room will provide opportunities to learn best practices from other Acumen users and Acumen team members.
An opportunity to show our appreciation
Each year, we look forward to getting to know our customers at the customer appreciation event. This year’s musically themed event is taking place Thursday night at The Listening Room Cafe, featuring music from local Nashville artists and, of course, good food, drinks, and lots of fun.
As always, we are incredibly appreciative of our customers who take time out of their busy schedules to attend the Connect Users Conference with the Acumen team and for allowing us the opportunity to work with your practice.
