Hello Acumen 2.0 Customers,
It is our pleasure to introduce you to your new Acumen Community. During our virtual Acumen Engage Conference in September, many of you saw a brief demo of the Acumen Community presented by Hugh Gaston. The Acumen Community went live on November 18th, and we hope you had the opportunity to go check it out.
First off, you may be asking yourself, what is this Acumen Community? As it makes its debut, the Acumen Community is a place for Acumen 2.0 customers to view hundreds of user guides, tip sheets, and training videos, and get easy access to our learning management system (LMS). Easy access to this information can empower you to troubleshoot an issue and gain valuable information on the spot. If you do not find the answer there, you can simply access the live chat feature and start a conversation directly with our Support team. Additionally, as the Acumen Community grows, engagement among customers will be expanded. We’ll have forums, the ability to comment on the knowledge articles, voting on future enhancements, and other opportunities for you to engage with your peers. It’s like an Acumen Engage Conference all year-round! 😊
This sounds helpful, but another platform to adopt, register for, and remember how to log into? Well, readers, we hear you! When you are in the Epic application, our new Acumen Community is accessed with a single sign-on link, which takes you directly into the Acumen Community. NO additional links, NO bookmarks, NO new password. Furthermore, you’re already registered! All Acumen 2.0 customers have been added to the Acumen Community—all you have do is use it. Plus, you can access it via acumenmd.com/community. From there, just log in with your Epic credentials.
One more Acumen Community feature to highlight: With one click on the “Support” navigational tab, you can see the status of an open support case or log a new case. Just click “New Support Case,” select the relative issue category and let us know what’s going on. Even more exciting, on the right side of the screen “Need Answers Fast” will auto-populate with all those amazing tip sheets and training videos directly related to your issue, providing you with more relevant information. Pretty fantastic, right? As you can tell, we are very excited to share this amazing resource that puts you in the driver’s seat to your success.
On the Acumen Community launch date, many of you came to check it out. Tell us what you found, what you liked, and what you were expecting to see. Did we meet your expectations? You can post on our Facebook page or Twitter feed, and if you have some tips for improvement, let us know that, too, at Ask@acumenmd.com.
Welcome to the Acumen Community!
—Your Acumen Support Team
