The Acumen team has been on the road the last two weeks attending the National Kidney Foundation SCM14 and the FMC Medical Directors Symposium in Atlanta. I hope you stopped by to talk to our team if you were in attendance.
Our next big show is the 3rd annual Acumen Connect Users Conference. The conference will be held August 7 and 8 in our hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, at the brand new Omni Nashville hotel. We are so excited to see all of our customers and to bring out the Acumen team to meet everyone.
The two-day event will be packed with informative, interactive sessions covering topics that are probably top of mind for most of you. Topics include:
- Meaningful Use Stage 2
- The Physician Value-Based Payment Modifier
- ICD-10, along with pending changes
- Acumen Product Roadmaps
We are also planning customer roundtables and a customer panel discussion. We are also going to be bringing more of our training and support staff to meet one-on-one with customers before and after the conference.
The last two years we utilized Acumen superusers, contracted industry-leading speakers, featured excellent keynote speakers, and provided networking opportunities and visits with Acumen partners. To top it off, the user conferences have included customers-led sessions, valuable training sessions, and one-on-one access to our customer support representatives.
