There is an initial implementation fee and ongoing subscription fee for our certified technology. In addition, there may be additional fees to establish certain interfaces to support incorporating lab results and the transmission of data to a public health agency (170.314.b.5, 170.314.f.2, 170.314.f.3).

*SES provides Direct capabilities to facilitate secure email between other users who have a secure email address that belongs to a HISP with whom SES has a trust agreement. Should a user wish to establish a new connection with a third-party HISP, the user must submit a request identifying the third-party party HISP. There are no additional charges for such requests.
